Mick Worcester
Mick is an accomplished finance executive with expertise in corporate finance, commercial strategy, and financial leadership across the mining and resources sector.
In 2025, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Broken Hill Mines, where he leads financial strategy and capital management for one of Australia’s iconic mining operations.
Prior to joining Broken Hill Mines, Mick served as Vice President Finance (Australia) at Sibanye-Stillwater, a global mining and metals company, where he was instrumental in driving financial discipline and supporting major transactions. Prior to this, Mick spent five years with New Century Resources (ASX:NCZ) in senior finance roles.
A Chartered Accountant and a CFA® Charterholder, Michael has a deep understanding of financial markets, risk management, and corporate governance. Based in NSW's Northern Rivers, Mick is committed to delivering long-term value for stakeholders through disciplined financial leadership and strategic decision-making.
